Lodge Rental $400 per day (2 day minimum, includes up to 4 guests) Additional guests: $100 per person per day

Damage Deposit: $500 required for all stays (refundable within 3-5 days after checkout, pending inspection)

The Deposit covers: Property damage, Excessive cleaning, Hot tub misuse, Equipment damage, Range or Pond damage. Any damages exceesing the deposit amount will be billed accordingly. 

 

HOUSE RULES​

For safety and insurance compliance, no guest may use any firearm range or archery range without supervision. All trap shooting, rifle/target range use must be arranged as a supervised session and requires the purchase of a shooting or archery package during your stay. All range activities must be supervised by a certified 100AcreOutfitter staff member.

• Maximum of 9 registered guests allowed on the property unless approved in advance

• No smoking inside the lodge or trailer. Smoking permitted outdoors only. 

• No unsupervised archery use (adults or minors)

• No unsupervised firearm use at any time

• Only staff may handle, set up, or confirm all range equipment

• Firearms and bows may only be used under direct staff supervision

• Personal firearms and bows may only be used only as part of a booked and supervised session

• Personal firearms and bows may be brought for a booked session and must be stored safely and secured when inside the lodge or trailer 

• A liability waiver must be completed before any range activity

• Minors must always be surpervised by both a parent/guardian and staff member during range use

• Guests must present Government-issued identification at check-in

• Guests must respect the property, wildlife, and equipment.

Property Notice: For security and safety purposes, exterior cameras monitor the driveway, parking areas, and  exterior areas of the property. Cameras are not located inside the lodge or in private guest areas.
