1. Bookings & Payments

Deposits may be required.
Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel.
Full payment is due before activities start.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 72 hours may not be refunded.
Bad weather/unsafe conditions are rescheduled at our discretion.
If we cancel, you may rebook at no charge.

3. Safety Requirements

Participants must:

Follow guide instructions
Follow all firearm & archery rules
Wear required safety gear
Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Violation may result in removal without refund.

4. Liability

All participants must sign the Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement.

You participate at your own risk.

We are not responsible for:

Injuries
Property loss
Damage
Wildlife encounters

5. Property Rules

You agree to:

Respect the land and equipment
Stay in approved hunting/shooting areas
Not litter or damage property
Not trespass

Failure to comply may result in removal.

6. Photos & Media

If you check “Yes” on your waiver, your photos/videos may be used for:

Social media
Promotional content

You may withdraw consent anytime by contacting us.

7. Lodge/Trailer Rental Rules

Renters must:

Leave the rental clean
Pay for damages
Follow check-in/out instructions

8. Minors

Minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Guardians must sign the Minor Waiver.

9. Changes to Services

We may update policies, prices, or services anytime.

Updates will be posted on the website.
